Internet in Colombia

You know, it's tough to havea long distance relationship ... even harder when it's international :). Thank goodess for the internet ... when it works ... there!!!

We were on Skpe this morning for a few minutes and every 25 to 50 seconds she would get kicked off - how frustrating.

Back to the phone for right now. Still it's better than nothing - at least I was able to see her!

Colombia

Once again Colombia is in the news. The US government just issued another warning to citizens traveling there about possible violence. I just have to wonder sometimes about the groups there - is it just the drugs and the money that they really care about now? 93% of the people don't want them there, so why else would they stay? Anyway, just a little bit of the frustration I feel when I have someone I love in the country.
